Consulting provides evaluation consulting services to meet the needs of every client including corporations, small businesses, governmental agencies, educational institutions/schools, non-profit organizations and community groups. Evaluation services range from marketing research, internal operations research, program evaluation services for community-based or social service programs, government programs and education.

Evaluation services are important for program monitoring and accountability. Both process and outcome evaluation are recommended to provide information about the coverage of program objectives and other program processes. Feedback as to whether the program is meeting its desired goal(s) are collected and recorded throughout the program.
