Holiday Home Look-In Ojai has long been a haven for leading members of the film, television and music industries. This year's Holiday Home Look-In, November 18th and 19th, will celebrate this diversity by including homes of a noted film writer/director, a television commercial producer, and a music publisher/entertainment photographer and Ojai architect, Austin Pierpont. Open from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm on both Saturday and Sunday, all four homes will be festively decorated by Ventura County florists. Ojai Festival Women's Committee members, sponsors of the event, will serve as docents. Advance-purchase tickets are $20 available at Ojai Festivals, Ltd. P.O. Box 185, Ojai, CA 93024 (805) 646-2053; or $25 on tour weekend, cash sales at all tour houses or at the Ojai Chamber of Commerce. Proceeds will fund programs of the nonprofit Ojai Festivals, Ltd.

Movie Memorabilia Museum Exhibit The Ojai Valley Museum will show its "On Screen" movie and television memorabilia exhibit which features the history of film and television in the Ojai Valley, and includes intriguing private collections of movie memorabilia, and also a movie set from the Frank Capra classic "Lost Horizon." The Ojai Valley Museum is located at 130 W. Ojai Ave. (next door to the Ojai Chamber of Commerce) and is open Wednesday through Friday from 1 to 4 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $2 for non-members, children are admitted free.
