Saturday is the busiest day of the Festival. In addition to the continuous film and video screenings (see schedule), two workshops featuring local Ojai filmmakers and actors are planned, as well as the Ojai Youth Film Festival. The afternoon reception will feature Cuban food, music and filmmakers. Please note: seminar panelists attendance is subject to availability.

Please plan to attend the one-day Youth Film Festival celebrating videos made by students K-12 in the Ojai Valley. This is the culmination of a year long project. This event is FREE to the public.

"Hollywood Confidential: Filmmakers Tell as Much as They Dare" - How did they do it? How did they ever get their movie made? What did they have to go through to see their vision reach the big screen? True Tales from the top pros, including: Producer/Director/Writer Ron Shelton "Bull Durham", "Tin Cup"; Academy Award Winner and documentarian Bill Couturie "A Place At the Table," "Common Threads," "Dear America"; Independent producer Stacey Codicow "Under The Hula Moon," "Hollywood Heartbreak", and Production Executive James Middleton of Sundance Films, whose prior film projects include "Man in the Iron Mask," "Rob Roy," "Richard III" and the upcoming "Terminator 3" and "Terminator 4." Their discussion will be followed by a Q & A session with the audience.

Moderated by Charles Champlin, retired Arts Editor and columnist for the Los Angeles Times and author of "Hollywood's Revolutionary Decade;" "George Lucas: The Creative Impulse;" and "John Frankenheimer: A Conversation with Charles Champlin."
